Medication Evaluation & Treatment Prescription
Dr. Sam Omotosho provides safe and effective psychiatric medication prescriptions to his clients, both by telehealth and in-person. His practice is based on many years of clinical psychiatric experience and his passion to help his clients recover and function at their best.
Suboxone & Other MAT Treatment
We prescribe Suboxone and provide other Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for opioid use disorders to reduce cravings, minimize withdrawal symptoms, and to prevent relapse and overdose.
Psychiatric Evaluation
Our psychiatric evaluations are based on best practice and standardized assessment tools. We believe in valid and reliable evaluations as they facilitate effective treatment.
Referral As Needed
We refer patients to other reputable providers as needed or as requested by our clients. We refer clients to Family Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, Counselors, PRP, Case Management, long-term Addiction Treatment and MAT, Transitional Housing, Adult Day, and Partial Hospitalization Programs.
Who Can Refer to Us?
Parents, Self-Referral, Legal Guardians, Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Social Workers, PRP Programs, Teachers, Counselors, Schools, Group Homes, Churches, Mosques, Synagogues, Group Practice, Assisted Living Facilities, DSS, and DJS can refer patients.
